Service Portal - Widget for My Frequently Used Catalog Items?

Our helpdesk managers wants a Widget for whoever is logged in their Most used Catalog Items. Has anyone ever heard of such a thing or how it can be achieved? Thanks

Hi @Wendy Peterson,

 

I am not sure whether there is a specific widget for my most submitted requests, but there are a few alternatives:

  • Recent & Popular Items - displays my recently requested items and most frequently submitted items across the organization

  • Favorites functionality in Employee Center - set content (catalog item or article) as your favourite for quick access

You could also consider creating a custom widget that displays my most submitted requests.

If you are creating a custom widget, make sure you add some time filter (e.g. created in the last 6 months) as it may cause performance degradation in the future if the number of requests grow large.
