Add a catalog to the service portal and only access the catalog by sysid only via url? I do not want the catalog searchable. I have Accessibility blank. For example access the catalog https://ssapredev.servicenowservices.com/sp?id=sys_id=1234567
Thanks

Hi @Marc_007,
Did you check for 'Hide in Service Portal' checkbox at the Catalog item level on the Maintain item table?

Hi @Marc_007
Remove the category associated with the catalog item. Then it will only be available via URL.
Hope this Helps
Thanks and Regards
