I want the admins to login to servicenow instance only if they are inside the network or using provided vpn, I tried to use the adaptive authentication but when using the vpn I am not getting the one public ip address.

Hi @M Ismail,
Adaptive Authentication is great and offers a lot of granular control, however can I clarify your ask here.
Are you only wanting admins to be able to login is they are signed into the VPN, yet all other users (Non admins) can login regardless of the IP Address or VPN?
The reason I ask, if you want to restrict users (regardless of role) to only be able to access SN if they are signed into the VPN, check out 'IP address Access Control' under 'System Security'- This is exactly what this module link enables - the control of system access via IP Address.
Type and click on 'IP address Access Control' under 'System Security' - Please note however, when playing with this and enabling it, make sure you've configured your IP address in case you accidentally lock yourself out ; )
To help others (or for me to help you more directly), please mark this response correct by clicking on Accept as Solution and/or Kudos.
Thanks, Robbie
