ServiceNow and Azure DevOps integration

We have integrated ServiceNow with Azure DevOps.. everything is working fine across both platforms.
when Updating/Creating a record from SN, we see Update/Create in DevOps, also the other way around.

My question is: Is it possible when create a card/record in DevOps we don't want a record created in SN?
Only when CREATE a record in DevOps we don't want to see it in SN.
It's because we sometimes create records in DevOps we don't want to see them in ServiceNow.

Did you ever find a way to be able to create stories in DevOps that don't sync to ServiceNow? We have the same requirement where all stories created in ServiceNow need to sync to DevOps, but not the other way.
