ServiceNow and Azure DevOps integration

We have integrated ServiceNow with Azure DevOps.. everything is working fine across both platforms.
when Updating/Creating a record from SN, we see Update/Create in DevOps, also the other way around.

My question is: Is it possible when create a card/record in DevOps we don't want a record created in SN?
Only when CREATE a record in DevOps we don't want to see it in SN.
It's because we sometimes create records in DevOps we don't want to see them in ServiceNow.

Hi @WaledBajukhaif. If you're still looking to achieve this, I have come up with a way to stop individual stories from being created/synced from Azure DevOps to ServiceNow. See my post here.
