ServiceNow and OpenText Integration

Hello experts,

Has anyone worked on ServiceNow and OpenText integration? I have a use-case where we need to send an image file to OpenText. We have already developed APIs for sending 'Texts' to OpenText, however struggling with the image files.

Any leads would be highly appreciated!

Please check the OOB Attachment REST API's, you should get some good method to achieve your requirement.

Don't have the answer to your question but very interested in how you did to integrate with Opentext. Is it Opentext extended ECM or CSP ?
