I was fortunate enough to participate in the recent events: Hacktoberfest, Community Week, and the #BuildWithBuildAgent Challenge. I'm very excited about the recognition!

I wanted to check with the long-time community members and team if there is a typical timeline or process for these badges to be awarded.

1. When can participants generally expect these specific badges (Hacktoberfest, Community Week, #BuildWithBuildAgent) to appear on their Community profiles?

2. What is the process for receiving them? Are they automatically assigned by the ServiceNow team, or is there a step we need to take, such as a redemption link or an email notification we should look out for?

Any insight you can share regarding these major event badges would be greatly appreciated!

Just an update on this post for future reference — community members can expect the following timelines for badges:

📌 Badge Timelines from 2025 Events :

Hacktoberfest 2025

• Completion Date: 31st October 2025

• Badge Received: 13th February 2026

• Approximate Timeframe: Around 3.5 months

Build with Build Agent Challenge

• Completion Date: 23rd November 2025

• Badge Received: 19th December 2025

• Approximate Timeframe: 1 month

ServiceNow Community Week 2025

• Status: Still waiting for the Community Week Crew badge.
