ServiceNow CyberArk integration - unable to fetch credentials

Hi, 

I am currently working on integrating CyberArk with ServiceNow for credential management and followed the official documentation for setup.

However, I am unable to successfully fetch credentials from CyberArk. 

Steps completed:

1. Requested and installed the plugin from ServiceNow store

2. Installed CyberArk AIM on MID Server host

3. Attached the JavaPasswordSDK.jar file to the instance

4. Updated the config.xml with the CyberArk parameters

5. Added credential in CyberArk

6. Configured the corresponding credential in ServiceNow using the Credential ID.

Issue:
When I run a test, ServiceNow is unable to fetch credentials from CyberArk.

I checked MID server logs and CyberArk logs, but I do not see any activity or errors. 

Questions:
Are there any configuration steps that I missed?

What log entries should I expect to see if the MID server fetched the credentials successfully? 

Any guidance or troubleshooting suggestions would be greatly appreciated. TIA!
