In our project, we are doing Data Center Migration, along with that Servicenow Data Center Migration is also happening.

Please help me with the

> Pre checks before migration,

> Risks

what will be the impact on business.

This is a little confusing. Please share more information.

ServiceNow is (mostly) hosted in the cloud by ServiceNow (so migration isn't an issue for customers).

In some cases it's hosted on-premise. But if that's your situation, it's not clear what you r migration issues are?

Currently our ServiceNow is hosted in on premise.

Generally, IP address will change after DC migration,
So, will there be any impact on authentication.

ServiceNow automation will run the prechecks and the only thing that will impact is - IP information changes when an instance is migrated to a new data center pair and there may be a short duration downtime.
