Hello team,
Is there a possibility to remove easily a comment from a case activity?
We don't have this functionality, but could be an issue for data breach in case of mistake.
Some customer data can be shared by mistake, and we need to remove comment.
How to do?

Hello Poonkodis
Many thanks for this KB sharing, indeed I saw it previously.
I would have ask more an easy way to delete a comment from CSM workspace by selecting comment and click on a delete button such as for attachment for example.
This procedure is not accessible to everyone.
I would prefer to have something available for a end-user.
