Hi
I would like to know if there is a data dictionary document explaining and detailing the different tables and their columns in ServiceNow.
I see options - "Tables" and "Tables & Columns" options under "System Definition".
There is an option "Schema Map" which shows a beautiful map of the schema.
However, I am looking for a document explaining the significance and use of the table and its columns. Is it available somewhere?
Thanks

A little more than that.
A document that explains the significance/need/use of a table and the columns in it.

Hi Paul,
The basic Service Management suite of Service Now comes with ITIL process tables and CMDB.
There is no documentation explaining purpose of each field explicitly (as far as I know), but these fields are common across the industry and Field label should explain the purpose of it.

Hi Paul,
The Hint field on the Field Label definition might help you further to identify the purpose.
