ServiceNow Developer Page is not opening

Hi all, 

The ServiceNow Developer Page is not opening for me. I have tried clearing cache and clearing bookmarks. I have tried opening in other browsers as well but it shows a blank page. The link i am trying with is this: https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do 

 

Please let me know if there are any work arounds or resolution.
