Servicenow developer - Real Time tasks

Can anyone put the Real Time tasks or projects of the company. I want to know how the developer will work on requirements. So by trying real time requirements i will get experience how developer will work on his tasks.

Any Tasks on servicenow with clear details of requirements will help me alot.

Real time means: Requirements of company's servicenow instances. For example 1) a company need its service catalog with certain fields, 2) if incident is raised it should follow certain workflow.

There's all type of requirements out there. The questions posted in the community is in fact a good sample of the different kind of requirements/challenges that companies often have.
