ServiceNow Drag and Drop widget

I am having an issue trying to get this drag and drop widget to appear. In my instance (1Screenshot2024), when I click add attachment, I get a popup with files to choose from. I am looking for a screen to appear like the second screenshot from the dev instance. I am fairly new to ServiceNow and will need some insight if possible. Any information will help!

Hi @KindonC 

 

Are both instances on the same release? Please check if the drag and drop property is enabled in the first instance ( You can find it in system properties), if not enabled then enable it and check.

Both instances are Washington release and allow attachment is enabled in System Properties -> UI Properties

Where is that exactly? I have compared system properties on both and the values are the same, but I am not sure where the next experience is located.
