ServiceNow Drag and Drop widget

I am having an issue trying to get this drag and drop widget to appear. In my instance (1Screenshot2024), when I click add attachment, I get a popup with files to choose from. I am looking for a screen to appear like the second screenshot from the dev instance. I am fairly new to ServiceNow and will need some insight if possible. Any information will help!

Yes, correct mate. I was testing my PDI by making it false but did not make any difference on the attachment. I am checking any property but no success.  Log a now support case
