Servicenow instance down / Servicenow Outage?

Anybody else's experiencing servicenow instance being down? we have contacted support.

Yep, same here. 

I was able to change node to YCG, which looks like is working.

Our PRD and TEST instance are connected mainly to YTZ and they are down.

We are having a similar issue.  We are waiting for Support.
