ServiceNow Integration with Lightspeed Mobile Device Management

Hi everyone,

I am currently exploring a possible integration between ServiceNow and Lightspeed Mobile Device Management (Lightspeed MDM) to bring device/asset information into ServiceNow.

I could not find much public documentation around a ServiceNow integration, so I wanted to check if anyone has worked on this before or has experience with Lightspeed MDM APIs.

Any guidance, documentation references, or experience would be really helpful.

Integrating Lightspeed MDM with ServiceNow for asset data synchronization typically involves a custom configuration, as there is no native, OOB spoke/plugin available in the ServiceNow Store.

(High level architechture)

Connection can be established using the Lightspeed Systems API .

a. Utilize the Lightspeed Systems Support portal to access their APIs and export inventory reports

b. Ingest this payload using ServiceNow's REST API and map it to your Configuration Management Database (CMDB) using Integration hub.
