How to Integrate ServiceNow with SAP Solution Manager using Rest API. When alerts are created SAP Solution Manager, we want it to create incident in ServiceNow. Please help us with information or any document available.

Also please share sample payload of alerts if available.

I am looking for a connector to enable integration between SAP Solution Manager and Servicenow ITSM(incidents).

Have got this connector but not sure if it is a bi-directional one. Have you checked this?
