Have a query with respect to workplace for Facebook workplace spoke integration and any help or advise will be highly appriciated.
We had workplace for facebook integrated in our shop and when any knowledge articles are published it gets posted facebook workplace automatically.
This use to be working fine until few months back, we just noticed that none recently published KB articles are getting posted on Facebook workplace.
Tried validating the steps as advised in the below product documentation and all looks to be good and nothing seemed to be changed

Tried searching in system logs to see error messages and could not find any.
Any clues or suggestions please that we can validate further to see what might be missing or broken that is causing the issue of KB articles not getting posted to Facebook workplace.
