ServiceNow ITSM implementation queries

Hi Team,

 

We are doing a greenfield servicenow implementation and this is the first time I m trying to do it. Had bunch of queries on this regard. My client has Azure AD and from the articles I read I know that users & groups can be pushed from Azure AD to SN.

 

1. Do we need to do LDAP integration if we have Azure AD integration in place?
2. Is is possible to bring in the location/cost center/department data from Azure AD integration (if it is available in AD)? How to push data to other tables?
3. If Azure AD is being used for Users & groups and if the sync is enabled, then can we edit group membership in SN? what is the impact.?
4. Can we create new groups in SN?
5. Do we need to get SMTP/POP3 details from the client?
