Hi All,
Most of us gets confused between start time of flow execution or created time of flow execution.
If run as selected in your flow "system" then start time will always show the start time in the same timezone as your system timezone is. It never converts that time even if you change your personal user timezone.
However, created/updated time in flow executions changes based on user timezone selected as it works as list as in all other table list date/time field changes based on user timezone.
