ServiceNow MFA with email in PDI

Hi All,

As part of a POC, we want to configure ServiceNow MFA using email in PDI. I found the below article to configure but was not able to find the "MFA Factor Policies" tab in PDI. Refer attached screenshot for reference. Could you guide me if I am missing something?

Note: Installed plugins mentioned in the documentation.
