We are onboarding a client on ServiceNow and are looking to pitch about Teams Integration. We don't have ServiceNow instance of our own(company/enterprise) but will have to work on Client's Licensed ServiceNow instances. So we are looking to create a demo on Teams and ServiceNow integration so that we can pitch to the client to be onboarded with it. And hence the requirement of integrating teams with my PDI instance to create a demo. I have been following ServiceNow learning Portal, ServiceNow Community Youtube channel, ServiceNow communities, ServiceNow Product Documentation everything that's relevant for me to create Teams SN Integration. But I'm facing issues with the MS teams installation from SN end. We have a licensed version of Teams for testing purpose and I have Teams Admin access with Microsoft 365 account created. I have my own PDI with Admin access. I have added the app Now Virtual Agent in the company's licensed trial version of Teams without issues. I have installed all the plugins required inside my PDI . But I get stuck when I click on Install under Conversational Interfaces - Messaging Apps Integration .As soon as I click on install and Accept the permissions required, it tries to auto-sign in. But in the end it says Installation failed without any error. The URL it redirects success=false
Can someone help me fix this please..?
I have installed below plugins without issues in my PDI. I have created a PDI with my (teams) Microsoft 365 account email ID with Admin permissions. Attached screenshots for reference.

Hi, No . With PDI it never works itseems.
The same worked perfectly in our client dev environment. It seems to work on the enterprise level instance, but not PDI unfortunately.
