ServiceNow - MS Teams Integration

Hello Experts,

We want to do integration between MS Teams and ServiceNow. And I see the a "Microsoft Teams Spoke" in servicenow where the Flow actions are expecting "webhooks" but, webhooks can only send message to the Teams Channel but not to the Users.

How can we set up this integration so that when an Incident or RITM is assigned to specific user.. that user gets a teams message?

Any help on this is appreciated.

Have a look on the Actions under chat management section in the below link. It has Create Chat [Creates a chat with the required user], and Send Message to Chat [Sends a message to chat in Microsoft Teams] actions.
