Servicenow OOTB integrations with document storage tools

Is there a way to migrate documents from ServiceNow to any other tools that store documents. We have attachments that are around 100s of GB. we would like to move them to a different tool and are wondering if there are any OOTB integrations available for these ?

Hi Pardhiv,

Not sure what exactly your requirement is and in which module you are asking. But if you are using HR profiles in your system. There is a module called Employee Document Management by which you can purge the documents of any particular employee after he/she left the organization. You can set either indefinite time to keep the doc with profile or you can setup a timer after which the docs of that employee will get purged.
