ServiceNow PDI has "Transaction cancelled - maximum number of SQL queries exceeded" error

Hi everyone,

I am receiving the following error message when I try to open my personal developer instance - "Transaction cancelled - maximum number of SQL queries exceeded". The status of my PDI is online, but I could not reach any modules in the instance. Could someone give an advice how this is possible to be fixed ?
