please let me know background image coming from  where . as per the attached screenshot.

 

please find  the attached document.

Hi @Sirri ,

You can change or check the background color and image of the Service Portal in the Service Portal Designer by following the steps below.

  1. Make sure you are in the Global application scope
  2. Navigate to Service Portal > Service Portal Configuration
  3. Click Designer
  4. Use the filter to find the Service Portal "landing" page and open it
  5. Select the outermost Container
  6. Click Edit (the pencil icon)
  7. Change the background color in the Background color field or upload an image in the Background image field
  8. Click Save

Go to portal, write click with ctrl on image and you will get option edit container Background

Hi @Sirri ,

 

 please follow the below steps

 

  • Navigate to Service Portal > Pages and search for index in ID field
  • Open the page and identify in which container the search is there
