Description: I would like to search for knowledge within the ServiceNow Portal.

Acceptance criteria : 

We will want the Knowledge articles to appear alongside the catalogue items, while being able to use the search bar but also the techbot (moveworks).

If the article is not intended for colleague-facing knowledge (tech only), it will not be visible to colleagues.

 

Hi Experts , I need your help , based on acceptance criteria for my understanding some catalog item have 'short description ' field , 'search knowledge'  button to appear alongside short description field , if its correct , please help me how to do this.
