ServiceNow SailPoint Integration

Hi All,

I have sailpoint inegration in our ServiceNow instance. Now there is a change in the existing setup for 1 of the applications, which I have done so far. Access list has also been changed at sailpoint end and same has been fetched in ServiceNow by running fix script.  Now when I use Manage Access to raise a request for that Application, getting message:

 

Results truncated - 10,000 records retrieved. Please refine search for precise results.

 

The person who developed this, also got this error but I am not sure how he fixed the problem.

Could anyone please help me to get this resolved.
