I am unable to contact the ServiceNow Support team. I am getting this message:
- Log in with a different IDUse a different ServiceNow ID to log into Now Support.
- Refer to this KB if you are unable to login to Idea PortalIdea portal is now available to authorized Now Support users only
- Update the email address on your existing ServiceNow IDUse the same email address as your existing Now Support user account.
- Contact your organization's Customer AdministratorAsk them to add your email address to your Now Support company account.
- Troubleshoot login issuesGo through frequently asked questions on login issues.

It is an authorization issue with your ServiceNow ID.
By default , Now Support access is restricted to IDs that are linked to an authorized customer or partner company email. Since your ID is not currently mapped to an active support account, that's why your are unable to log in.
Resolution:-
The Customer Administrator needs to add your official email to the organization’s Now Support account or create an authorized ServiceNow ID.
