I am unable to contact the ServiceNow Support team. I am getting this message:
Sorry, you can't login with this ServiceNow ID
To protect your data, only ServiceNow IDs with authorized email addresses can be used to log in. To access Now Support, you can do any of the following:
- Log in with a different IDUse a different ServiceNow ID to log into Now Support.
- Refer to this KB if you are unable to login to Idea PortalIdea portal is now available to authorized Now Support users only
- Update the email address on your existing ServiceNow IDUse the same email address as your existing Now Support user account.
- Contact your organization's Customer AdministratorAsk them to add your email address to your Now Support company account.
- Troubleshoot login issuesGo through frequently asked questions on login issues.
