ServiceNow Test1 system slowness

ServiceNow Test1 (https://mckessontest1.service-now.com/ ) is running so slowly that I am unable to test my stories properly. When I attempted to run some reports it is taking an extended amount of time to run the report to validate data (if I increase the data parameters the system times out). It is taking over 200 seconds to run a 1 month incident report (- screenshots attached). Please investigate the slowness issue. I need different variables to accurately validate my test data. Noticed the issue on 5/1 initially (late in the day) and it still exists today. please help me on this.
