ServiceNow to Protecht (Lighthouse) integration failing

Hi Team , 

 

we have an issue with proctect intregaration 

 

An interface exists between ServiceNow production and Lighthouse. The intent of this interface is to feed a number of fields from the ServiceNow Business Application table to the Protecht/Lighthouse application. This interface was implemented under Service Request RITM0019365.

 

Recently this was reported to be operating by Stevs,   however upon checking, it is still not operational and it has been advised that the best way forward is to raise an incident and therefore this has been opened. The contact for this issue from a Protecht/Lighthouse perspective is Alex kindra n so please engage him directly for any information.

 

In the attached Email are details of the troubleshooting performed from the Protecht end. In summary, the fault in question is 'the ServiceNow API call "PUT /cfs/rest/v2/service/entries/1644/ " is incorrect. It is missing a parameter.”'.

Can this please be investigated as it has been some time in the making for this interface to be operational.

What steps should i take to resolve this issue .
