ServiceNow Web Automation Chrome Extension showing Disconnected

I'm trying to get the ServiceNow Web Automation Chroem Extension working but it always shows Disconnected.  Anyone else experience this?  I've installed certificates on the client and within servicenow.  The Design Studio shows connected just fine but the extension always shows disconnected.  Any ideas?
