I have Multiple portals where if any catalog item link that has shared over the mail must redirect to their respective portal with same sys id with the change of url suffix of the portal according to the user. My query is that it redirects correctly to the correct redirect url but sometimes it does not redirect to the specific url instead it goes to homepage. when i again paste the link then it redirects the link. what might be the cause.
i have written an widget client script to fetch the current url of portals and send to script include and build an redirect url based on the logged in user and set current window location to the response of my script include
