Set a default form view for incidents for a group of users

We have the need to create a new view for the incident form and only make it available to one group of itil users.

Is this possible?

Hi Eric,

Goto System UI--> View Rules.

Try to create a entry over there for your new view and in filter conditions add Assignment group = new group.
