Set Activity filter option value on roles basis

Hi ,

 

I need to hide few filter options for particular role on incident Activity filter.

I am not using configure available field.

Example- 

Role 1 can see options under incident activity filter below :

Role 2 can see options under incident activity filter :

find_real_file.png

There is no direct available option to show/hide activity filter fields based on roles.

I don't think system properties will help you here.

Why don't you try out with ACLs and configure the field level access to specific roles. However, this will also restrict the visibility of those fields in the incident view as well.

Hi Asif,

It is working for fields thfiletey are not on form but need the field on form but not on activity filter.

Acl is good options and tried ..still facing issue with above one.
