Set Assignment Group in Incident automatically to different groups based on the time of creation

I have requirement to Set Assignment Group in Incident automatically to different groups based on the time of creation. I have created three groups: Alpha, Beta, and Gama. 

1) Alpha Group works from 6 am to 2 pm 

2) Beta Group from 2 pm to 10 pm

3) Gama Group works from 10 pm to 6 am

To implement this functionality. Can anyone help me with this? I appreciate any guidance or suggestions. Thank you.

Based on Hours, Is it possible to set assignment group dynamically.!
Iam New to servicenow, how to achieve this.
