How to convert price based on logged in user in RITM?

Hi All,

 

I had a requirement to convert  the price of the catalog item to logged in user. Like if the catalog item price is in US dollar $1046.If the logged in user is from UK. Then convert the price to Pounds in RITM.

 

 

How to achieve this.

Anyone can please help me on this.

Customizing prices and currency in your Service Catalog 

For your catalog item ensure you have a record in fx_price table and you set the Type as "Calculated (dynamically determined on display)"

It is showing like that only. but the price value is showing as 0 if the logged is user is from UK.
