Hi ,
Can anyone give an advice that when the user raised an request for the out of office by mentioning start date and end date ,then ServiceNow set ups the out of office status in teams and set the automatic replies

Few thing is good done manually and this is one. I know it is best practice to set OOO but some time user want to make it customize. and i doubt it is available OOTB.

I understand that Teams provides an out-of-the-box solution, but due to security concerns, access to Teams has not been granted to specific users. Instead, users utilize the ServiceNow portal to submit out-of-office requests. Service Desk Analysts handle these requests manually when the task is created.

i have created service catalogue and installed Microsoft exchange server spoke but in the list iam unable to fetch the out of office status update option iam using flow designers can you provide me detailed step by step approach
