DevOps change velocity pipelie UI

Hi

I am working on DevOps change velocity, and I have connected with Azure DevOps. There is an option to show the pipeline stages (pipeline UI), but I am unable to get the pipeline UI to display. Additionally, I am unable to create a change request before deployment. Can anyone help me with this?
