Set Region based on the location

Hi All

In custom table have two fields Location and region both are reference fields(cmn_location) in custom table using import data location field updated now based on location I need to update region even if i change location it has to auto populate region

Please suggest

if you referring this on catalog item, then you can you Auto Populate feature to do this.
