Set the Default view of the Personalized Form on Incident table.

Hi All,

 

I need help setting the default view of the incident form view via the "personalized form" option.

for instance: I do not want fields like "Closed and close notes" to be visible always. It should be only visible when they are checked.

Hi @MR1 , 

You can set the default form layout by clicking on the hamburger menu and personalizing the form layout. To achieve conditional viewership of the fields, you would have to create a UI policy and show/hide them. Once you you have the UI policies setup it will automatically apply the viewership of those fields.
