In the Requested Item and Incident form activity log, the default filter is "all". I'm able to update that filter by checking and unchecking selections. However, I'd like all users to default to show all selections, except "Sent/Received Emails".
I tried creating a new entry in "User Preferences", but not working. Also, I tried logged in like a user with "admin" role and unchecked the option "Sent/Received Emails", but neither working.
Anyone can help me please?
Thanks so much.

Hi Mark.
Thank you for your answer. Yes, your fisrt image is all I need. But, the option "Configure available fields" is not usefull for me, because this option add/remove the fields in the funnel, and I need the field to be unchecked, but available for the user to check or uncheck anytime.
Finally, I found a solution:
I created two news "User preferences" entries (one for Incidents and one for Requested Items). The main features of this entries are:
-"System" field set as 'true'
-"User" field set as 'empty'
-"Value" field (in my case) have all fileds in 'true', except *Email* field set as 'false'.
Kind regards.
Jaime Vargas.

Hi there,
Do you mean something like below? The settings of the funnel? Though in your case, all options execpt Sent/Received Emails?
If you scroll more, at the bottom there is the option "Configure available fields". If you add all fields you'd like, and remove Sent/Received Emails, and then check all fields. Is this what you are after?
It could be that some users have unchecked some of these fields. You can find this in the User Preferences table. For example, I just unchecked two options on the Incident form. This results in the below record. You could remove/change these records:
If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.
