Setting Subject line

I have a requirement to create a notification for rejected request.

The subject should also get the approver name like this:

Requested item RITMXXXXXXX for External Collaboration has been rejected by Surya and need you action.

Hi,

Either you can use email script or use variables(${}) in subject line from the available variable pane.

Created a mail scripts for this.

Template: change.itil.approver.reject
