Setting up Agent Workspace

Hi,

I've been playing around the Agent Workspace for some time while looking at videos to guide me. It's been great so far but I have encountered some issues which I am unable to find any help on. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

1. Configuring related lists

I have created a view "workspace" in the incident form. In the platform, it contains the related list. It does not appear in the Agent workspace though.

2.  Setting up the queues for the chat

I have only 3 lounge available on the workspace

I can only see the records if I were to manually create them in the interaction list.

Below are a list of queues I have created (Using both the global and walk-up experience scope).

I have registered a couple of users into the queue that was created using the walk-up experience scope.

Finally, the walk-up portal does not show the other queues.

Anyone has any idea?

Did you get this working?

I'm testing this as well, trying to figure out how we will migrate from connect support to agent chat.

I really think that the documentation is lacking on how to set up agent chat on the portal and how to accept it in the agent workspace. I can't find out how to make the chat button available on agent workspace?! 

 

As for part 2, I'm now able to receive chats from the portal. I found that if I chat to the Available presence state, then I can accept chats through the inbox.

I'm wondering if this would make the chat queues appear, when clicking the chat button?

And how did you get that button there? 🙂 

How did you end up getting those queue names within the inbox. i don't see a option to configure that in Madrid or New York

I'm sorry, I can't answer on that. I haven't worked with this since my post, as we gave up on it. 😕

OK, it may have been a early feature. I would try it again. We have a really large organization and just moved to Agent workspace and AWA(chat and VA). some of the bugs are starting to get fixed so i would give it a try again.
