Setting up monthly on-call schedules in SOW

Morning

I am wondering how to setup MONTHLY on-call schedules in SOW? It only has an option for daily and weekly. But not all the months have equal weeks?

That is expected, we can only do weeks or days as of now.

Is there any workaround? All our shifts are weekly but only this one is monthly.
