Setting up templates for Interactions in Service Operations Workspace

Hello,  we have recently started building out Interactions in SOW.  Currently a tech can select New and they have several fields to complete.  We want to create a "New Status Check"  button that will already have several fields populated to help the techs complete this quicker.  I currently added a list view under Interactions called New Status Check that is filtered to only show the items that would qualify as a new status check.  This allows the tech to go to this list and create new and the required fields will populate correctly.  Is there some way and I'm assuming through UI Builder to place a Status check button on the top of the list view as seen below.

Yes it is possible to add the new button at the top of the list. You would need to create UX Form Actions - https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-platform-user-interface/page/administer/configurable-worksp...
