Share option not visible in the Reports

Hi Team,

As itil user is able to create the report but when the itil user tries to share the report but the report option is not visible to the itil user.

Can you suggest to me how to enable the share option in the report to the itil user.

Hello Ander,

User himself has created so many and also for the reports that are shared with everyone, for which he's not able to see share button. Previously he was perfectly able to share report as Share button was there, but not now.

It might be a report not shared with this user. You can check for all these roles and description in the Roles table for report_group, report_user, report_global to get a clear understanding.
