SharePoint Online Spoke - Incorrectly Formatted Request Error

I have been trying to test a few different SharePoint Online spoke actions but keep getting the same error:

"Incorrectly Formatted Request"

I have tried to research the error but have come up with nothing. Any help on how to resolve this would be appreciated.

writing u because you may know the answer to my question.

I am trying to create a list item in sharepoint in a specific site but i have no idea how to do it. The aim is to add an item to the site when an incident changes its priority to 1.

i started a flow and configured the trigger.

then the first thing i do is create a list item but i am not sure how to populate list ID. the site location is the url where i want to add the item list.

i dont know what the title means nor the custom id.

Also, my site has other custom fields such as incident number , description and business application but these fields are not coming in the action.

any help is appreciate it.
